Postdoctoral Positions in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
Bioinformatics, Structural Bioinformatics and Computational Biology
postdoctoral positions are available immediately in Prof. Fischer's group.
The areas sought include, but are not limited to:
all aspects of automatic protein structure prediction -
from homology modeling to ab initio,
the use of protein models in experimental structure determination,
protein structure comparison and docking,
computational genomics and evolution.
The latter include focus on ORFans and PCOs.
Highly motivated and creative candidates with publications related to any of
the above fields will have a good experience in bioinformatics,
structural biology, evolution, genome analysis and/or protein modeling
with fluency and experience in programming and in managing large genomic data.
