I am currently working with Dr. Daniel Fischer at the Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics. I did my Masters' in Computer Science from the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University and did my Bachelors of Engineering and Technology in Computer Science from India.

My Interests:

   Research Interests

• My research interests are in the areas of Computational Biology / Bioinformatics and Distributed Systems. I did my Master's research project on Multiple  Protein Sequence Alignments (part of Biozon project) under Dr. Golan Yona at Cornell University. It further strengthened my desire to do research in  this field.

• Currently, I am pursuing my research interests in the field of computational biology and bioinformatics with special focus in the area of protein structure prediction.
